Extra Box Storage offers moving, storage, and moving supplies. Services may include pick-up, transportation, delivery, storage rentals, and sales of related materials.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

 

Orders for moving supplies and service bookings can be made online or over the phone. Payments are due at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and online payment options & cash.

 

• All stored items must comply with our prohibited items policy (e.g., no hazardous, perishable, or illegal items).

• Storage rental terms are monthly unless otherwise agreed.

• Failure to pay may result in restricted access and eventual disposal of stored goods per local laws.

 

Customers must accurately disclose the size and scope of the move. Extra fees may apply for oversized or difficult-to-move items, long carry distances, or unanticipated circumstances.

 

Extra Box Storage is not responsible for damages due to natural disasters, customer-packed items, or misrepresented belongings. For added protection, insurance options are available.

 

Service cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee for moving related services. In case of storage payment should be made in advance on booking and cant be refunded once unit booked under the name. Custom or special orders for moving supplies may be non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
