Refund Policy
We aim to provide the highest quality moving and storage services. If you are not satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Moving Supplies
• Unused and unopened supplies can be returned within 2 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
2. Moving Services
• Refunds for moving services are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
• If a move is canceled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Storage Services
• Storage fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• If you vacate your unit before the end of the billing period, no prorated refunds are issued.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@extraboxstorage.ae with your order or service reference. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
